Under the 10+2 pattern, all students promoted to class IX and X will have general education and will study the following compulsory subjects.
Physical Education plays a vital role in School Education. Therefore, they are a compulsory part of the School Curriculum. A Student will be exempted from participation only if recommended by a Medical Officer.
In the regular time-table, provision is made for physical education which consists of P.T. and training in different games.Facilities for different team / individual games exist in the school. Efforts are also made for games after school hours and to provide special coaching in few games. The school organises Inter-School as well as Inter-House matches and competitions in different games and sports as per details in the school calender.
Co-Curricular Activities are for all round personality development of the students. Various activities like Recitation,Music, Painting, Dance, Best out of waste, Advertisement making, Mono acting,excursions & quizzes are organised on different subjects. Inter class competitions are organised. A running trophy is awarded.
For all round personality development of students, various co-curricular activities are organised. Dramatics, Elocution,G.K., Quiz, Recitation, Debate, Music, Painting, Yoga and Dance are a part of school activities. Different Inter-House competitions are organised in these activities.
Out-station excursions, educational tours and one day visits are a regular feature of the school activities. Various outstation excursions are organised generally after mid-term breaks. Besides these, students are taken out on various one-day educational tours to Delhi and surrounding areas.
In order to induce competitive spirit, the school follows the House system. There are five houses named after our honourable leaders and educationists.
Each house is under the charge of a House In charge and prefects (Boys and Girls) who are responsible for the tone of discipline in that house. All competitions in games and co-curricular activities are held on the ‘House’ basis. ‘House’ loyalities are very strong in students.
